Dr. Vonda Wright, MD is a pioneering orthopedic sports surgeon, an expert in human performance, an authority in women's health, and a dynamic thought leader committed to redefining aging. With over 20 years of clinical experience, Dr. Wright has cared for more than 100,000 patients, using her unique blend of medical expertise and innovative approaches to help people embrace midlife transitions with strength and resilience.

Dr. Wright has been at the forefront of advancing orthopedic care for elite athletes and active individuals serving as the founding Chief of Sports Medicine at Northside Health System and inaugural Medical Director of the UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex. She has served as the lead physician for athletes at prestigious organizations, including the University of Pittsburgh, Georgia State, the Pittsburgh and Atlanta Ballet, and World Rugby and the PGA.

 A prolific author and content creator, Dr. Wright invites everyone to discover the tools for an unbreakable future in her upcoming book, “Unbreakable: Go Strong. Dr Wright received a master’s degree in Oncology nursing from Rush University in Chicago, attended the University of Chicago- Pritzker School of Medicine, completed her Orthopedic residency at the University of Pittsburgh and her fellowship is Sports Medicine at the prestigious Hospital for Special Surgery in NY.  She leads a full life in Lake Nona Florida with her husband, 2x Stanley Cup Champion, Peter Taglianetti, the youngest of their blended family of 6 children, her 85-year-old parents and two old dogs.
